Enduro Upgrades for the TM EN 300
TM EN 300 Enduro Bike: From OEM to AS3
TM was formed in 1976 by two Italian friends and "TM" comes from the first letter of each of their son's names, with the HQ moving to Pesaro, Italy in 1978. The brand was very popular right away, with the standard motocross bikes being made with higher quality parts than the other brands on the market. This is still the case today - high performance engines that come as standard on TM motorcycles are much more superior than the official engines of most high-end competitors.
The brand developed Enduro bikes in 1979 and has never looked back. TM Moto have won several Motocross, Enduro and Supermoto Championships over the years. 2024 saw them win the 250cc and 300cc Italian Enduro Championship, the latter with the TM EN 300. The Supermoto S1 World Championship was won for the 5th time in a row in 2024.
We worked closely with a local TM dealer and brought a standard TM EN 300 into our workshop to test fit and develop a range of parts for this two stroke enduro bike. Below we feature a selection of photos and details of our AS3 Performance parts fitted.

Clutch Cover
On the photo below, you can see our black AS3 Performance Factory Series billet aluminium clutch cover fitted. Our clutch covers are a much stronger and more durable alternative than OEM clutch covers, as well as providing a big visual upgrade. They are hard anodised to resist wear to the face of the cover. Our clutch covers have been used by many of our sponsored Enduro riders, competing in some of the toughest race conditions from SuperEnduro to the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship and ISDE. For more details about the features and benefits of installing an AS3 Performance clutch cover here.
Rear Brake Pedal
We replaced the OEM rear brake pedal with our cold forged black version, featuring a blue anodised flexible tip. The tip is spring loaded and will pivot if caught on something, helping prevent it from bending or snapping during a race. You can also see the brake snake cable that is mounted to the exhaust mount. This is to help prevent the lever branding outwards if caught on a deep rut or tree root for example.

Foot Pegs
We have developed our Racing Series, Factory Series, as well as our Supermoto foot pegs for the TM EN 300. Featured in the picture below are our Racing Series foot pegs, which have 34 individual teeth and a 57mm wide platform. These foot pegs give more grip and surface area than the OEM foot pegs and are a very popular choice for a lot of our Enduro riders. The black anodised finish complements the clutch cover and rear brake lever nicely too!

Kick Start Lever
We replaced the OEM kick start lever with our black anodised kick start lever. It has a textured anodised finish and is manufactured from 7075 aluminium which is a stronger grade of aluminium. This is made stronger than some of our other parts, for example master cylinder covers, as it is put under more stress. We also supply the kick start lever in silver if closer to the OEM look is what you are after.

Ignition Cover
We replaced the OEM ignition cover with our billet aluminium Factory Series ignition cover. Like our clutch covers, these are CNC machined from a solid block of 6061 aluminium and are much tougher than the OEM covers - this is an important upgrade for enduro as can easily be damaged by jagged rocks etc and could be the difference between finishing a race or having to retire. The hard anodised black colour provides a huge visual upgrade too!
Front Sprocket Guard & Case Saver
Our blue anodised front sprocket guard and case saver have been fitted. The front sprocket guard prevents mud and stones getting caught up in the chain and sprocket during a race and the case saver helps prevent the possibility of an expensive repair to the engine casings in the event of the chain failing or snapping. We offer both anodised in black too and both guards are a big visual upgrade on the OEM parts, whatever colour you choose.
Gear Lever
We replaced the OEM gear lever with our black anodised, cold forged gear lever, featuring a blue anodised tip. The process of cold forging means they are much less brittle than the cast OEM levers so ours a less likely to snap upon any impacts. With a big choice of tip-colours available, we have added one to match the front sprocket guard, case saver and the rear brake lever tip on the other side. We also offer the gear lever and rear brake pedal as part of a "combo" kit at a slightly discounted rate compared to buying them separately, as many customers prefer to upgrade both levers.

Chain Guide
Our chain guide with blue anodised aluminium mounting bracket and hard wearing TPU plastic block has been fitted to the EN 300. The plastic blocks are replaceable and can be ordered separately from our website if needed. We also offer the chain guides with an anodised black bracket, depending on your preference. As well as giving the bike that factory look, our chain guides are much tougher than the OEM versions and are used by many of our sponsored pro riders in enduro and motocross.
Rear Sprocket
We fitted our Factory Series rear sprocket which is the most popular sprocket for enduro riders. This is because these sprockets combine the durability of a steel sprocket with the weight saving of an aluminium sprocket, by having an aluminium frame and a steel outer ring.
Rear Axle Blocks
We replaced the OEM axle blocks with our blue anodised rear axle blocks. They are CNC machined from billet aluminium and feature alignment scales on the top & bottom, which allows precise positioning of the rear wheel. The blue axle blocks compliment the aluminium part of the chain guide, the rear sprocket, plus the blue graphics nicely. We also have axle blocks available in black that come complete with the adjuster bolt incorporated in to each block.

Rear Brake Disc Guard
We replaced the standard plastic disc guard with our billet aluminium, blue anodised rear brake disc guard. These are always a really popular choice with anyone riding off-road bikes. From enduro and motocross, to trail and adv bikes, our rear brake disc guards are an essential protection part to help prevent damage to the rear brake disc. This is important because if the rear brake disc is damaged, it could lead to the end of a race, or leave you stranded on a trail somewhere.
Rear Brake Line
The brake lines on the TM EN 300 have been upgraded from the rubber OEM brake hoses to our AS3 Performance by Venhill stainless steel braided brake lines. This has improved the overall feeling of both the front and rear brakes by eliminating that 'spongy' feeling you can sometimes get with the OEM rubber brake hoses. We offer them in blue and black for the TM models and below you can see our blue rear brake line fitted.

Front Brake & Clutch Levers
We have fitted our front brake and clutch levers, anodised in black. They are direct replacements for the OEM levers and are cold forged, like our rear brake pedal and gear levers. This means they won't snap on any impacts, but rather bend, unlike most OEM levers which are quite brittle.
Throttle Cable
Our featherlight AS3 Performance throttle cable has been fitted in place of the OEM throttle cable. We describe them as "featherlight" because they have a teflon inner liner which is designed to reduce friction inside the cable, allowing for smoother throttle operation. We ran blue for all cable upgrades and they provide a great visual upgrade with all the other blue parts and wheels.

Clutch Reservoir Cover
We fitted our blue anodised clutch reservoir cover, which really pops out on the rider controls. All of our reservoir covers are anodised to prevent corrosion and they are all CNC machined from billet aluminium for a perfect fit. Available for front and rear brake reservoirs too, as well as anodised in black, they provide a great visual upgrade compared to OEM reservoir covers.
