2006 Honda CR 250 MX Bike Build
Complete rebuild of a Honda CR 250 from 2006
Once again, Andy Wells of Wells Motoworx over in Canada, has used some of our parts on a complete rebuild of a 2006 Honda CR 250 for one of his customers. Like with the build that Andy did last year: a Corvette Stingray C7 inspired Suzuki RM 250 and the Honda CR 500 he completely rebuilt, we feature details and pictures of the AS3 Performance parts he used in his most recent CR 250 motocross bike rebuild, below.

Front Brake Line
Andy is a big fan of our AS3 Performance by Venhill brake lines and has used them on all his previous builds. He completely replaced the brake lines on the Honda CR 250, using our red Venhill front brake line. Our brake lines are made from marine grade steel, eliminating expansion in the hose and therefore improve feel and response throughout the braking system.

Rear Brake Line
Andy also fitted a red Venhill rear brake line. All of our brake lines have the added feature of being able to adjust the banjo angle, enabling you to get perfect alignment on the master cylinder and brake caliper. They prove a really popular choice for all types of motorcycle riders due to the specifications compared to OEM brake lines. Our brake lines our available in red or black for the Honda CR 250.
Rear Brake Reservoir Cover
Andy fitted our black anodised rear brake reservoir cover, which looks really good against the gold coloured master cylinder. All of our reservoir covers are anodised to prevent corrosion and they are all CNC machined from billet aluminium for a perfect fit. Available anodised in red too for the Honda CR models, they provide a nice visual upgrade compared to the OEM reservoir covers.

Rear Axle Blocks
Our rear axle blocks, supplied with nickel plated steel adjustment bolts and anodised in black, were used on the build. They have alignment scales on the top and bottom of each block, in order to help easily and correctly position the rear wheel. Due to them being CNC machined from billet aluminium, they fit precisely in the swing arm and around the rear wheel spindle.
