Arthur King Represents GB in Junior MX World Championship

Our Junior MX supported rider Arthur King was part of the Great Britain team that took part in the 2023 FIM Junior MX World Championship, which took place at the TCS Racing Park over in Romania. Although not an MXoN but rather an individual event, Arthur competed in the 65 cc class on his KTM 65 SX. Only 10-12 year olds can compete in the class and Arthur was one of the youngest riders to be racing, having just turned 10 years old, 1.5 weeks prior to the event.

After 20 minutes of free practice and 20 minutes of qualifying on the Saturday, the top 18 from each group went into the main race on the Sunday. Arthur missed a qualifying place by the slimmest of margins (0.8 seconds!) so went into a last chance qualifier. Unfortunately a big crash early on dented his chances of qualifying, jumping back on his KTM in 16th, he unfortunately couldn't make it through the field for a place in Sundays main race. Arthur's Dad, Jonathan, said, "Overall it was a mega trip and gives Arthur and us something to work for for next year". We couldn't agree more, what an experience and well done Arthur, we look forward to seeing you in the main race next year! Jonathan also added of the team organisation, "It was Dave Willet's first year as team boss and he did a mega job".

The 65 cc class was won by Latvian Junior Rider Patriks Cirulis on a Husqvarna TC 65, who went 1-1 in both races. The highest placed GB Junior Rider was Casey Lister, 18th overall on his GasGas MC 65.

New Products Added To Our Website

Axle Blocks 

In 2023 KTM and Husqvarna made some big changes to their motocross bikes, one of these being the axle blocks which we now have a billet aluminium version available in orange and black for the KTM's and blue and black for the Husqvarna's. They feature alignment scales on the top and bottom of each block and AS3 Performance laser etched logos on the back.

Water Pump Covers

We also have a new selection of billet aluminium water pump covers live on our website this week for the new 2023 KTM 125, 250 and 300 SX and XC motocross and cross country bikes. These are available in a choice of orange or black anodised colours. We also do them in blue or black for the 2023 Husqvarna TC 125 and TC 250 motocross bikes. Our water pump covers are a popular product for most motocross and enduro bikes as they offer a superior protection to the internal water pump parts compared to the OEM covers.
