KTM 500 EXC-F upgraded to full Supermoto spec!
We don't often start the weekly round up with this feature but this bike was too good not to! This week, Swiss bike builder & content creator Hendrik Koller @hendrik.exc tagged us in a video of a bike build conversion he did recently. He totally changed the performance & look from the original KTM 500 EXC-F Enduro bike, to full Supermoto spec. The difference of the finished bike from the original is astounding! Click here for the video reel of the before & after.
Great shot of the right side of the bike showing the incredible outcome - totally different to the original bike which had orange plastics & decals!
Hendrik is 21 and a mechanic for Harley Davidson. His passion for motorcycles started from an early age and he bought his first bike at 16 - a Yamaha DT 125. Two years later he purchased a KTM 350 EXC and it was from there that he started to work on the bike to make it look cleaner & perform better, using aftermarket parts like ours. Since then, he has recently opened up his own garage and converted more than 6 Enduro bikes to Supermoto spec! His latest stunning KTM 500 EXC-F build highlighting our AS3 Performance parts, is showcased in the photos below:
Detailed shot of the right side of the bike showing our billet aluminium Factory Series Clutch Cover & billet aluminium Water Pump Cover
The OEM clutch cover and water pump cover on the KTM 500 EXC have also been replaced with our billet aluminium clutch cover and water pump cover. Not only are they stronger then the OEM parts as they are CNC machined from a solid block of billet aluminium, but they also transform the look of the engine and fit in perfectly with the black and white frame, graphics and wheels. Hendrik has also installed our factory series rear brake pedal on the bike which has a matt black anodised finish with a grey tip.
Black aluminium supermoto foot pegs complete with plastic sliders
As you can see here, the bike is fitted with our supermoto foot pegs which have been an incredibly popular addition to our range of parts for supermoto bikes since we developed them 3 years ago. The anodised black finish looks perfect with the black and white colour scheme of the bike. These foot pegs are available for many more bikes including the Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Honda and TM. They come complete with plastic sliders that are replaceable when they get worn down.

Another upgrade on the KTM 500 EXC-F is the addition of our AS3 Performance oil filter cover. Again, Hendrik has gone for the anodised black colour which looks great against the CMT Compositi carbon parts. When combined, all these small details make big visual improvements from the OEM parts, often leaving it unrecognisable at a glance.
The photo below continues in the black and white theme. You can see that the KTM has our black anodised billet aluminium handlebar clamps installed that match the black handlebars perfectly. Towards the left corner of the shot you will also notice that the Brembo clutch master cylinder has our CNC machined aluminium clutch reservoir cover installed, again in the black anodised finish.

This bike has been Hendrik's "dream Supermoto build" and has included many CMT Compositi carbon parts, ceracoated Haan Wheels & Moto-Master brakes. He also used additional AS3 Performance parts not shown in the photos, including our Chain Guide, Front Brake & Clutch Levers and Rear Axle Blocks and topped it all off with sleek custom made bold. graphics. Safe to say, Hendrik has done an incredible job transforming this 500 EXC-F and we look forward to seeing his future projects!
If you're working on a bike build, upgrading your bike for the races or even just installing a new set of foot pegs, don't forget to tag or mention us for your chance to be featured in one of our future weekly round ups or on our social media channels.

Billet Aluminium Water Pump Covers for the Yamaha YZ 250 and YZ 250 X
We are constantly trying to expand our product offering for still ever popular 2 stroke motocross bikes and one of our latest new products is a billet aluminium water pump cover to fit the 2000-2023 Yamaha YZ 250. The covers are CNC machined from a solid block of billet aluminium to make them stronger than the OEM covers and are available in a choice of blue or black anodised colours. The water pump covers will also fit the 2016-2023 Yamaha YZ 250 X cross country bike.
New ignition covers for the 2023 KTM and Husqvarna 250 and 350 4 Strokes
We have again added to our growing range of clutch covers and ignition covers with the ignition cover for the new 2023 KTM 250 SX-F and 350 SX-F motocross bikes and the 2023 KTM 250 XC-F and 350 XC-F cross country bikes. The ignition covers have the same black hard anodised finish and AS3 Performance Factory Series branding as the other ignition covers in our range. They are also available for the Husqvarna FC 250 and FC 350 motocross bikes plus the Husqvarna FX 350 cross country bike. The covers offer better protection than the OEM covers and when installed with one of our orange or blue billet aluminium engine plugs your bike would not look out of place in the MXGP paddock!
