AS3 Performance crash bars are constructed from strong, high quality, 3mm thick aluminium to provide maximum protection to the engine and fairings without adding unnecessary weight. They come complete with all brackets and bolts to mount them to the motorcycle as pictured and fitting instructions are also provided. AS3 Performance crash bars come in a textured matt black finish to match our range of aluminium skid plates.

I wanted to protect my new Vstrom 800DE from the start so, after a fair bit of research, I opted for British made AS3 bars.
I ordered these, they came quickly and I was surprised just how light they are, I fitted them in under an hour (I'm not mechanic), once they were bolted on/together, they were absolutely solid without adding a load of weight to an already heavyish bike.
I'm totally happy with them, they don't stick out too far around the fairings but provide great protection.
