Product Description

AS3 Performance rear brake pedals and gear levers are cold forged from aluminium to improve the strength of the levers while keeping the overall weight to a minimum. The forging process makes the levers slightly softer than cast or CNC machined levers which reduces the chances of them snapping on impact. They have CNC machined spring loaded tips with knurled groves on the gear lever and 9 stainless steel teeth on the brake pedal.

I bought these and fitted them at the same time as AS3 foot pegs. They look so much better than the OEM ones with superb quality anodising. You may think these look the same as some you can get elsewhere but they are not. The pivot shaft on the brake pedal for example is TIG welded on - not secured by a cheap bolt (which breaks). Having gone cheap once i have learned to have a closer look before i buy. The red colour of the tips is a great contrast and makes the bike look more quality. As for bend resistance, i haven't smacked them enough yet to comment but they are sturdy and very well designed with folding ends on both.
