Universal clutch cable kit designed for Harley Davidson motorcycles, supplied as a 2080mm (82 inches) length which can be trimmed to fit a range of motorcycles. Ideal for older or obscure models where the OEM clutch cables may have been discontinued or for custom motorcycle builds.

Components Included

• 2.08 metre x 9mm OD outer conduit
• 2.33 metre x 2.5mm OD inner wire
  
• 5/16 UNF x 12.7mm threaded adjuster (attached to the outer conduit)
• 1 x 10mm OD x 19.07mm barrel nipple
• 1 x 2.5mm hex grub screw
• 1 x stepped ferrule with 12mm OD body and 8.8mm OD nose
• 1 x Rubber boot
• 1 x small tube of adhesive for bonding the conduit end fittings to the PVC coating

Details

• This kit is ‘universal’ and is supplied with cables that are unfinished at one end so that they can be cut to length and all of the connections are designed to fasten securely without the need for soldering.
• This clutch cable kit is extra-long, 2080mm (82 inches) and comes in a black PVC coated longitudinal steel outer conduit (9.00mm O.D) and includes end fittings to match the clutch lever.
• The wire (2.50mm strand) has a fixed sleeve nipple on one end of 6.2mm (1/4 inch) O.D. and has a loose adjustable barrel nipple of 10.00mm O.D by 19.07mm (3/4 inch) to locate as necessary by securing with the 2.5mm hex grub screw.
